HOTELS & HOSPITALITY
Tent Rentals for Hotels & Hospitality
Keep the guest experience intact while the entrance, lobby, or facade is under construction.
I Overview
A hotel renovation can't come at the cost of the arrival experience. When the main entrance, porte-cochère, or lobby is under construction, guests still need a clean, dry, welcoming way in. Zoe supplies event-grade temporary entrance canopies and covered walkways to hotels across the DMV — presentable structures that protect the guest experience, installed around your operations. We did exactly this at the Grand Hyatt in Washington DC.

III The Details
How the job works.
The arrival still has to feel like the brand
Guests judge a property at the door. Our clean frame tents, sidewalls, and lighting create a temporary entrance that looks intentional and on-brand — not a construction detour — so the arrival experience holds up through the renovation.
Installed around a 24/7 operation
Hotels never close. We phase installs around check-in peaks and overnight lulls, keep a guest path open throughout, and coordinate with your GC and operations team so the transition is seamless.
Weather-locked and comfortable
Enclosed vestibules with sidewalls keep wind and rain out of the lobby; lighting and, in winter, heat keep the temporary entrance comfortable for arriving guests and bell staff.
IV FAQs
Common questions.
Have you done this for a hotel before?
Yes. A recent example: a 10×20 covering a temporary guest entrance at the Grand Hyatt in Washington DC while their main entrance was renovated, in place for several weeks.
Will the temporary entrance match our property's look?
We use clean, presentable event-grade tents with sidewalls and lighting so the entrance reads as intentional. We can discuss finishes to fit your brand standards.
Can you install without closing the hotel?
Yes. We phase the install around your operating peaks and keep a guest path open throughout.
How long can it stay up?
For the length of the renovation — weeks or months — at weekly and monthly rates, with permit renewals handled.
