Long-Term & Multi-Month Tent Rentals

LONG-TERM RENTALS

Long-Term & Multi-Month Tent Rentals

Structures priced and supported for weeks and months, not a single event day.

I Overview

Commercial and construction projects run on a different clock than events. Instead of a one-day rate, you need a structure up for weeks or months, priced accordingly, with the paperwork a facility or GC requires. Zoe rents commercial tents long-term across the DMV with weekly and monthly rates, certificates of insurance, permit support, and business billing terms.

II Built for Commercial Work

What a commercial job requires.

The insurance, permits, and terms a facility manager or general contractor expects — handled.

Certificate of insurance

COI on request, naming your entity or GC as additional insured.

Permits handled

Drawings and site plans for structures over the local threshold; DDOT for public space.

NFPA 701 flame-certified

Commercial-grade, fire-rated tent tops with documentation.

Weekly & monthly rates

Priced for duration, with net-30 / PO billing.

Hardscape anchoring

Weighted ballast on concrete or asphalt — no slab penetration.

Fast local install

DMV-based crews, often on site within a day or two of a confirmed quote.

III The Details

How the job works.

Rates built for duration

The longer the rental, the lower the effective daily rate. We quote weekly and monthly pricing for covered walkways, entrance canopies, storage, and structure tents, so a multi-week project isn't billed like a stack of event days.

The paperwork a project needs

Certificate of insurance (COI) naming your entity as needed, permit drawings and site plans for structures over the local threshold, NFPA 701 flame documentation, and net-30 / purchase-order billing rather than card-up-front.

Maintained for the long haul

For extended rentals we service the structure over its life — re-tensioning, checking anchors after storms, and swapping weathered components — so it stays sound and presentable for the whole project.

IV FAQs

Common questions.

What counts as a long-term rental?

Anything beyond a typical event window — from a couple of weeks to many months. We quote weekly and monthly rates for these projects.

Do you provide a certificate of insurance (COI)?

Yes. We provide a COI and can name your entity or GC as additional insured where the contract requires it.

Can we pay by purchase order / net terms?

Yes. Commercial projects can be billed by PO with net terms rather than card-up-front. We set this up during quoting.

Who maintains the tent during a months-long rental?

We do. For extended rentals we service the structure over its life — re-tensioning, inspecting anchors after storms, and replacing weathered components.

What happens if the project timeline changes?

Long-term rentals extend easily. Let us know and we adjust the rate and any permit renewals to match the new timeline.
