PRICING

Transparent Pricing

Typical price ranges for our most-rented items. Every event is quoted individually — this page gives you a ballpark before you request one.

We do not publish a full price list because every event is different — guest counts, venue, delivery logistics, setup scope, and item selection all affect the final number. What we can do is publish honest ranges for the items we rent most often, so you can plan a rough budget before you ever talk to us.

What Affects Your Quote

Why Two Events Can Price Differently

Guest Count & Scope

The largest single driver. 50 guests and 500 guests require fundamentally different equipment, crews, and vehicles.

Item Selection

A ballroom wedding with ghost chairs and farm tables will cost more than the same wedding with banquet chairs and round tables — same scope, different finishes.

Venue & Access

Stair carries, long dock-to-room moves, rooftop venues, and tight loading windows all affect labor time and crew size.

Delivery Window

Standard delivery is the lowest cost. Premium (2-hour window) and Exact Time (30-minute window) delivery carry higher fees because they constrain our routing.

Setup & Breakdown

Drop-off only is included. Full setup to your floor plan and post-event breakdown are add-on services, priced per event scope.

Season & Date

Peak Saturdays in May, June, September, and October carry premium availability. Mid-week and off-season events may qualify for reduced rates.

Delivery Fees

How Delivery Is Priced

Three windows, priced per distance and crew size.

Standard

Scheduled within a delivery day. Lowest cost, most flexible for our routing.

Premium

2-hour arrival window. Mid-tier — the most popular option for wedding and corporate clients.

Exact Time

30-minute arrival window. Highest cost — reserved for venues with strict loading windows and multi-vendor schedules.
