Design the Silent Auction as a Browsing Loop
Silent auction tables should form a single continuous path — never a grid guests have to navigate. The loop maximizes bids per table and prevents clustering.
Front-Load the Registration Infrastructure
Galas arrive in a 30-minute window. Plan one check-in station per 50–75 guests, and use stanchions to manage the queue from the first arrival.
Place Sponsor Signage at Eye Level Along the Arrival Path

Reserve the Stage Sightline from Every Table
