Scheduled within a delivery day. The most economical option, routed alongside our other orders. Ideal for venues with flexible load-in windows.
Premium Delivery
2-hour arrival window. The most popular option — tight enough to coordinate with a venue hand-off, flexible enough to keep costs reasonable.
Exact Time Delivery
30-minute arrival window. Reserved for venues with strict loading docks, hotels with narrow freight elevator slots, and multi-vendor timelines.

Drop-Off
Included with every order. Our crew unloads to a single agreed location at your venue — typically just inside the door, a designated staging area, or your event room. You or your planner handle placement.
Full Setup
Our crew places every item according to your floor plan — tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, lighting, backdrops. You walk into a finished room. Priced as an add-on based on event scope.
Breakdown & Pickup
After the event, our crew returns to tear down and remove every rental item. The venue is left clean and ready for turnover — no stacked chairs in the corner, no linens to launder, no forgotten equipment.
