The Brief
An outdoor wedding for 150 guests with ceremony on the lawn and reception under string lights. The couple wanted a modern aesthetic — clear chairs, minimal decor, and warm lighting to carry the evening.
Ceremony to Reception Flip
Ceremony chairs were set in 10 rows of 15 with a 7-foot aisle. After the ceremony, our crew redistributed chairs to 18 round tables while guests moved to cocktail hour. The flip took 35 minutes. Farm tables were pre-staged behind hedging and moved into position as the head table.
The Result
Edison lights strung across the reception area created a canopy of warm light. Clear ghost chairs reflected the lighting and kept the aesthetic open and modern. The couple described it as exactly what they envisioned. Our crew returned at 11 PM for full breakdown.
