Full-service rental and setup for a seated corporate symposium with staging, AV, and pipe and drape.
The Brief
The client needed a seated dinner for 200 with a keynote stage, sponsor backdrop, and registration area. The venue provided the space but no furniture or AV. We supplied everything from chairs to sound.
Layout and Logistics
We designed a floor plan with 25 rounds of 8 positioned for clear sight lines to the stage. The stage was raised 24 inches with stairs on both sides and LED strip lighting on the fascia. Registration was set up in the foyer with 6-foot tables and stanchion queue management.
Execution
Delivery arrived at 10 AM for a 6 PM event. Full setup completed by 3 PM including AV check. Breakdown began at 11 PM and was complete by 1 AM. Zero equipment issues. Zero delays.
